Meditation Center Merchandise
A residential retreat center in Vermont, Karme Choling, runs numerous programs throughout the year and requested several apparel designs that represented their vision. The client requested apparel with an exciting and fresh color pallet that spoke to a younger audience.
Hundreds of shirts have been sold with a variety of color combinations since the initial design. These are some examples of those color combinations and styles, which I designed and printed by hand. |
Meditation Center Fundraiser
This design was created for a fundraiser. The client came up with the phrase "Take Your Seat" referencing that you must 'come to the I executed the design, portraying the concept of working with ones own mind while meditating. The sun is Shambhala's symbol for awakened wisdom.

5K RACE
These promotional shirts were designed for the Turkey Trot 5K race that takes place on Thanksgiving Day in Hendersonville, NC. Each year's theme represents a key building in the town and requires a two-color design that is recognizable and iconic.
YMCA of WNC
YMCA Camp Watia, a co-ed overnight camp in Bryson City, NC and the Y's summer day camps around Western North Carolina request new shirt designs every year, and these are some of my favorites. The stakeholders requested designs that were memorable, fun, and reflected the nature of "camp life". I was able to create unique camp shirts, while adhering to the Y's strong brand guidelines, that generated a lot of excitement for both campers and parents alike.
My particular favorite is Camp Watia's shirt, with a nod to the asymmetrical National Park sign that referenced the camaraderie of sitting around a camp fire telling stories, doing skits, and singing; all well-loved activities at camp.
